Mercedez-Benz is going all out for their 2009 S-Class. The new cars will integrate the SPLITVIEW technology, developed by Mercedes-Benz and Bosch, which will allow both driver and passenger to watch 2 different programs at the same time, from the same screen! The 2 different images are shown on one 8-inch monitor by placing pixels adjacent to each other. It is filtered in such a way that depending on the seating angle, only the pixels making up one or the other image can be seen.
Pretty cool… I should try to add that to my Saturn
